“Lite n’ Easy has helped me for over 10 years!”
During this time I have come a full circle with Lite n’ Easy. I originally started my journey to lose weight after having my child and successfully lost 25 kilos. Then I kept ordering the meals for healthy eating and weight maintenance. Now I’m 56 and have a lot of health issues to deal with, including diabetes and a cognitive impairment, so I’m using Lite n’ Easy for convenience, independence and to keep in the best health possible.

The meals are so easy to prepare and very tasty. The combo meals with the Caesar Salads are my absolute favourite. I have a reduced appetite some days so I don’t always enjoy the full-sized dinners. Instead, I order the fresh lunches, chilled dinners, My Choice dinners and Everyday Value Meals to have on hand. It is good to mix things up and change my order from week to week to keep things interesting. Sometimes I will eat a lunch for dinner and I also enjoy the high protein shakes, especially the chocolate, coffee and vanilla flavours.

I was recently diagnosed with a cognitive impairment and subsequently it's no longer safe for me to cook for myself, use a hot plate or oven. I also had to retire from my job as a hairdresser. I like that the Lite n’ Easy meals are easy to prepare. I can use the microwave or the air fryer, which are both safer options for me and that’s all I need to be independent with my Lite n’ Easy.
