Being a full time shift worker, I am often time poor and found myself making poor food choices and feeling sluggish. I always thought Lite n’ Easy was for those wanting to lose a large amount of weight, so not having a lot to lose myself, I was a touch hesitant.
I work in health administration and my hours can be all over the place, with set meal times non-existent, so I needed something that was healthy and convenient. I decided on Lite n’ Easy and was delighted to find the meals are already portion controlled for me and convenient for when time isn't on my side. I can just grab my food from the fridge and eat on the run.
I look forward to placing my order each week and selecting my meals from all the amazing options. The fresh salads are great for lunch and super filling as they also contain some protein to keep me fuelled! My favourite meal is the Fresh Chilled Southern Chicken Tenders with Smashed Potato & Gravy!
Other than working full time, I help to care for my grandmother and I like to keep super fit and active in my spare time. I enjoy long distrance running and swimming and it’s good to know I can hit my nutritional goals with Lite n’ Easy. The High Protein menu option is great, as I can get all my macros without having to do any meal prep, shopping or counting.
Even though I was fairly fit and of a reasonably healthy weight to start with, Lite n’ Easy helped to lean down by those last 5 kilos and improve my energy levels and fitness. So for me it’s not just for weight loss, but convenient healthy eating. I cannot recommend Lite n’ Easy enough to my colleagues and friends! All they hear me talk about is how much of a game changer it is.
